VCoL in Practice—Learn to learn optimally

VIP is a course for adults and adolescents who want to learn how to become lifelong learners. You will learn a little bit about learning, but you'll primarily be building actual skills for learning the way your brain wants to learn—and the way you need to learn in order to adapt gracefully to new realities in a constantly changing world.

VIP consists of 8 online sessions (modules), spread over 8 months. Prior to each session you will learn about the skills you'll be learning during the next month, then between sessions, you'll use everyday situations to practice critical real-world learning skills, then share your experiences with other participants. Each module will focus on VCoL itself or one of the +7 skills.
